Who may subscribe

Our systems are sold to businesses and organisations (commercial registration or equivalent), not to individuals. The person subscribing confirms they are authorised to bind the business.

The service

A subscription to the systems and modules you select, with the limits of your plan (branches, users). Your workspace is prepared after payment; the go-live link and credentials are sent to you.

Your data

Data you enter or upload remains yours. We process it only to run the service. You can request an export at any time during the subscription.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempt to breach or overload the systems, no resale of access without a written agreement, and no upload of content you have no right to.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and announce planned maintenance in advance. Support is via WhatsApp Business during working hours; nothing here promises a specific uptime percentage unless stated in a separate agreement.

Changes

We may improve the systems. Any change that materially reduces what you paid for is announced in advance and gives you the right to a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

Liability

We take professional care, but do not guarantee sales, growth or third-party outcomes. Our liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are heard before its competent courts.
