How is this different from the free smart assessment?
The smart assessment is a few minutes of questions you answer yourself and gives a first picture. The Breakdown Report is fieldwork with interviews and measurement, and ends with a decision.
Do you build what you recommend?
We can, and we are not required to. The report is handed over in full and you may implement it with your own team or anyone else.
