NEXUS Barber OS · Validating
NEXUS Barber OS
Clearer bookings, customers who come back, commissions without disputes
We are interviewing twenty businesses before we build — and the demo is ready to try.
The workflow we replace
The appointment notebook and the owner's WhatsApp, the end-of-month commission sheet, and the barber's memory of each customer. No-shows without reminders, crowding without a queue, and the customer who has been gone two months without anyone noticing.
The operational outcome
The owner opens the app in the morning and sees the day; closes it at night knowing who did not show, who will return, and what each barber earned — with no paper.
What the first release includes
- Today screen: appointments and walk-in queue per branch
- Customer profile: mobile, visits, preferred barber, notes
- Barbers and chairs: schedules and days off
- Services and durations
- Commission rules (percentage or fixed) and the monthly report
- WhatsApp reminder before the appointment with reply confirmation
- Visit logging with its value for internal accounting (no tax invoice)
- Customer import from phone or Excel
- Setup in 10 minutes with ready templates
What comes after
- Public booking link
- "Away more than 45 days" list with a template message
- Smart daily brief
- Two or more branches with performance comparison
- No-show likelihood flag from customer history
- Report export
What we deliberately do not build: No POS and no tax invoices in the first release (the invoice stays in the salon's system), no inventory, no public booking marketplace, no accounting.
Questions we hear often
Does it replace the POS?
Not in the first release. It runs appointments, the queue, customers and commissions, and leaves the tax invoice to your existing system until an approved provider is connected.
When is it available?
We are validating now with twenty salons in Madinah. If demand holds, the pilot starts within ten weeks with the first ten.
