You may cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, without giving a reason. Request it from your workspace or by WhatsApp.

Refund policy
What you agree to when you subscribe to NEXUS systems — in plain language.
How the refund is returned
To the same payment method, through the payment provider, usually within a few business days depending on your bank.
After the window
The paid period is not refundable, and the subscription stays active until its end date. You may cancel renewal at any time before it.
Setup fee
The one-off setup fee is refunded within the window as well, as long as the workspace has not been handed over with your data loaded.
Renewals
Renewal is not automatic unless you explicitly authorise it; we remind you before the end of the period.
If we cancel
If we stop a system, we refund the unused period in full.
