Privacy policy
What you agree to when you subscribe to NEXUS systems — in plain language.
Why
To create and run your workspace, issue invoices, provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Card data
We never see or store card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Moyasar) on its own infrastructure.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share it except with service providers needed to deliver the service (payment provider, hosting), or when a competent authority requires it.
Retention
Your operational data is kept for the life of the subscription and a reasonable period after it, and invoices are kept for the period required by tax regulations.
Your rights
Access, correction, a copy of your data, and deletion of what is not legally required to keep. Write to info@nexusvia.sa.
Security
Encrypted connections, role-based access, and audit logs. No system is absolutely secure; we announce any incident that affects you.
